Three easy steps for use:


  1. Tear open the teeth whitening strips: Either before brushing your teeth or 30 minutes after brushing, take out one strip and tear off the film.
  2. Press gently for fitting: Use the longer strip for the upper row of teeth and the shorter strip for the lower row. Press gently along the gum line and fold the excess part towards the inner side of the teeth.
  3. Remove after half an hour: Wait for 30 minutes and then peel off the teeth whitening strips. During this period, you can relax and do other things or drink water.
